Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Basira, a donor-intelligence platform operated by Sekna for invited partner organizations. By signing in you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

Access

• Access is by invitation only, limited to email addresses approved by your organization's administrator.
• Accounts are personal: do not share sign-in access or export files with unauthorized people.
• We may suspend access to protect the platform or the data it processes.

Acceptable use

• Use donor data only for your organization's legitimate fundraising and stewardship purposes.
• Audience exports must be used in line with the destination platform's policies and applicable data-protection law, including consent requirements for marketing.
• Do not attempt to re-identify hashed data, probe the platform's security, or access another organization's data.

The service

Basira computes scores, segments and forecasts from the data your organization provides. These are statistical estimates offered to support decisions, not guarantees of donor behavior. The platform is provided on a pilot basis and may evolve; we will communicate material changes.

Data

Your organization remains the controller and owner of its donor data. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. On termination, platform metadata (segments, logs) is deleted on request; donor data never left your organization's warehouse in the first place.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sekna is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
